Registration

All participants are required to register through the online registration system and are advised to register in advance to receive the registration discount. Please carefully read the registration guidelines below. For queries relating to the registration or invitation letter, please contact the secretariat at spieabc@osk.or.kr.

Registration Fee

※ Exchange rate: 1 USD = 1,350 KRW

※ Author Registration: For each contribution to the conference at least one person must be registered for in-person attendance at the whole conference.

Registration Fee Covers

• All Regular and Student registration fees include access to all sessions and exhibits, tutorials held on November 1, lunch on conference days (October 30, 31), and the Banquet.
• If you wish to bring an accompanying guest to the Banquet, you may purchase an Additional Banquet Ticket in advance. However, due to venue capacity and preparation requirements, additional tickets are available only on a first-come, first-served basis.

Method of Payment

1. Online Credit Card Payment: VISA, MASTER, JCB, and AMEX card are acceptable.
2. Bank Wire Transfer
   • Payments should be transferred to the following bank accounts. All bank charges are the responsibility of the applicant.
   • The transfer must be in the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.
   • A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the SPIE ABC secretariat by e-mail.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by Oct. 19, 2025. No refunds will be issued from Oct. 20, 2025. Please submit all refund/cancellation requests to spieabc@osk.or.kr. There will be a cancellation fee of $100 which will be deducted from each refund.

Invitation Letter

Conference participants are strongly encouraged to familiarize themselves with visa requirements well in advance of the conference. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend applying for your visa as early as possible. Please note that SPIE ABC 2025 is unable to intervene with Korean embassies or consulates on behalf of participants. However, if you require a personal letter of invitation to attend the conference, kindly email the secretariat with the following information: Full Name, Affiliation, and Nationality.
