Presentation Guidelines
We would like to, once again, express our appreciation for your contributions towards the SPIE ABC 2025. Regarding your presentation, please kindly find the presentation instruction and other detailed information prepared for you.
Oral Presentation

- The presenters for oral presentation are asked to bring PowerPoint (or PDF) slides and present their research in a podium presentation.
- SPIE ABC 2025 will prepare a laptop for presentation, and speakers are encouraged to use the conference laptop for presentation, to minimize delays caused by switching between personal laptops.
- To avoid software compatibility problems (MS PowerPoint), Speakers are strongly advised to save their presentation on a USB memory stick and also bring a backup version of their presentation.
- Files should be uploaded to the local laptop in the session room during the breaks between the sessions.
- Speakers are advised to be in the session room 10 minutes before the start of their sessions to report to the session chair.
- A proctor will also be available in case you need technical assistance.
Poster Presentation
Poster presenters are requested to prepare their posters and display them throughout the symposium on the designated panels provided.
- Location: Ruby I & II, Tower A (3F)
- Poster Panel Size: 1m in width and 2m in height.
- The poster board is self-standing.
- Each paper’s code will be shown on the board.
- Scotch tape will be provided for your use.
- Use of double-sided tape is prohibited.
- All presenters are required to preside at their poster panel during the poster session.
- Presenters are expected to stand by their posters and actively engage in discussions with participants.
- Each poster, including the paper title, authors, and affiliations, must fit within a 0.9m × 1.2m space (A0 size recommended).
